Another Step Closer!

I think by doing a few changes to the lines and getting some background in the book is not so much a problem anymore...Thanks Kim for writing...I was sorry I had not posted this so you could see it is progressing...I think I shall never do a book again! Ha! Anyway, here is where I am at now and hopefully before the week is out I might even be done!
Merry Christmas to all!

Thank you Carl! I have gotten alot closer but with the holidays and life, I am not getting much time right now...tonight I have to take it off the board and flatten it as it has acquired a ripple and then the background will not be that is the next step...I will be finishing it up this week! Thanks for looking!

Beyla, I am sorry I do not speak Spanish so I am not sure exactly what you said but gather you like it! Ha! I know a few words. Thank you for dropping in and saying Hi! If you come more I will definately practice up so I understand you better! Janie

Hi Jane, I've watched your post for a while now, your work is beautiful! I love the sparkles and textures of all your paintings. I'm fairly new to this blog stuff, it's been fun connecting with other artists and being inspired by everyone's work.
I'll be checking in every once in a while!
ps. Beyla said, "Excellent work! I like your style of work a lot" and the last line is "it goes with what I like to paint" that's word for word so I'm not sure what she really meant.

Thank you Pablo. It is good to know someone is checking in! Ha! And thank you so much for telling me what Beyla said actually. I took four years of Spanish in highschool and then never used it so it is not familiar anymore. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Jane, i bought your book shortly after it was published...i think. it! this last painting is amazing as is all your work. SO much detail! i don't know how you do it...the patience it must take. it's all worth it because i never tire of looking at each piece. I always find something new each time i look.
